If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to visit us in our office (IM 244). During the usual lecture times, you will usually find someone there who is able to help you. In addition, we offer degree-specific consultation hours during the lecture period, during which experts for the respective degree programmes are on hand to help you.

The expert consultation hours are as follows:

B.Sc. Computer ScienceMonday, 2pm - 4pm
B.Sc. Internet ComputingMonday, 2pm - 4pm
B.Sc. MathematicsMonday, 2pm - 4pm
Master's programmesMonday, 2pm - 4pm

Of course, these times are not exclusive. Our doors are open for all questions even outside these degree-specific consultation hours.

To see whether we are currently open, you can check the "open/closed"-sign on the left of the page, as well as the sign at the stairs in the FIM foyer.

Additionally you can find us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook via /fsinfopassau.

As student commitee, we focus on providing advise for our students and on representing them. Thus we do not offer any service for distributing job advertisements.
Instead, we highly recommend the usage of the official job portal careersUP of the University of Passau. This provides a great way to get in touch with students from all or selected fields and faculties.
Considering the above, we kindly ask to desist from sending us any kind of job offer and hope for understanding regarding this mode.

Events

You can stay up-to-date regarding current events and dates relevant for your studies via our social media channels as well as our public calendar (also available as an iCal feed to be imported in calendar applications).
