Office

If you have any questions or suggestions, you are welcome to visit us in our office (IM 244). During the usual lecture times, you can usually find someone there who can help you. You can also make an appointment with us by e-mail, where an expert will be available to answer your questions. Book a consultation

In addition, during the lecture period we offer consultation hours for specific study programmes, where experts from the respective study programmes are available to help you.

You can see whether the office is currently occupied by the “open/closed” sign on the top as well as on the stairs in the FIM foyer.

We can also be contacted online by email at fsinfo@fim.uni-passau.de. Please note that emails sent to this address can be read by all members of FSinfo. For exam protocols of old exams, please write to klausuren@fsinfo.fim.uni-passau.de.

External companies or university departments that would like to include flyers or other promotional goodies in our QuiX bags should write to us at quietschietueten@fsinfo.fim.uni-passau.de.

We also offer a public chat room in the FIM Mattermost. A FIM identifier is required for access.

You can also find us on Instagram and Facebook.

As a student council, we focus on advising and representing our students and therefore do not maintain any means of disseminating job advertisements in particular. Instead, we recommend the official career portal careersUP of the University of Passau for networking between students and companies. This offers a comprehensive possibility to reach students of all or individual faculties or departments. We therefore ask you to refrain from sending us job offers or similar and thank you for your understanding in this regard.

Dates

We will inform you about current events and dates relevant to your studies via our social media channels and our public calendar (also available directly as an iCal feed for importing into calendar programmes).
